We process orders quickly, so cancellations/changes are not guaranteed. Requests must be submitted in writing to customerservice@theubiquegroup.com.
If your order has shipped, return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund. If the shipment is delivered before a written cancellation request is received, the request will be treated as a standard return (if eligible).
Some items ship Ready to Assemble to reduce shipping damage. Instructions and hardware are included (wood glue not included).
Shipping & Delivery
We ship within the contiguous U.S. Many items ship free. Products may ship from the nearest of multiple U.S. locations or ship directly from the manufacturer.
Orders are packaged securely (boxed, banded, reinforced, and/or shrink-wrapped as appropriate) and shipped via FedEx, UPS, or freight carrier depending on size and weight.
Estimated ship times are listed on the website and vary by product and shipping location. If timing is critical, email customerservice@theubiquegroup.com before ordering.
When your order ships, we’ll email tracking details. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to activate.

Freight Shipping
Large/heavy items or high-quantity orders ship via semi-truck. Freight charges vary by size, weight, quantity, and delivery location.
Freight is quoted per shipment and requires an accurate delivery address. We compare rates from multiple carriers to find the best option. Manufacturer-direct shipments may take longer to quote.
- Dock-to-Dock: Delivered to your loading dock; you unload
- Tailgate Delivery: Delivered to the truck; you unload
If you need help beyond basic delivery, options may include:
- Unload Myself: Customer unloads within 15 minutes (unassisted) and moves items inside
- Curbside Service: Liftgate lowers items to the ground; customer moves items inside
- To-the-Door Delivery: Driver brings items to the doorway (no stairs), but not inside

Returns & Damages
Returns are accepted within 30 days unless otherwise stated on the product page. Items must be unopened and unassembled. A return authorization is required.
Report within 10 days of delivery to claims@theubiquegroup.com or call 1-855-307-3864. Include photos and quantities.
Do not refuse delivery.
Note “Damaged” or “Shortage” on the delivery receipt if possible (include quantity). If the driver refuses inspection, write “Driver Refused Inspection” before signing.
Then contact us to begin the claims process.
The limited warranty applies to the original purchaser only.
Covered products are warrantied against defects in materials and workmanship for the warranty period assigned to the product category.
