6 Out of 7 Tables Ordered Arrived Damaged
We are working with BizChair to resolve the issue. However, we haven't received a response to our initial claim and it's been more than 24 hours, so that's concerning. When the tables arrived, the packaging looked fine. Once unwrapped and the corner cardboard was removed, major corner damage on 6 of the 7 tables we ordered was found. There was a small amount of damage to the 7th table, but we are willing to keep that table as it's not that obvious. After these arrived like this, we did some review Google searches and found that we are not the first customer this has happened to; seems to be a quality control issue from the manufacturer. With a claim process that seems like it's going to be more effort than it should be, the poor quality reviews we've now seen, and the fact that 6 of 7 tables arrived so damaged they are not able to be used - at this point - we would NOT recommend ordering these tables from BizChair or any other vendor.

Quality Table
The table was well packed, arrived on time and damage free. The quality of the table was better than expected. I am very pleased with my purchase, especially for the price.

Purchased 4 tables. Very sturdy and well made. 2 had some damage from shipping however replacement tables were sent out promptly. Very happy with purchase!
