Really Noce Product
We received these barstools yesterday, set them up and they look great. We purchased the Wild Cherry stain and the color was exactly as displayed in the online image. The construction is tight, with screwed-on L brackets and lag bolts at all connection points, brass foot rests, and plastic floor protectors which are great for our wood floors. I had considered upgrading to the leather cushion but as good as the vinyl seating looks, we're very satisfied. Overall, I give the product a 5 star rating. My one negative comment is with the ordering a delivery process. When I placed my order, I received a confirmation email but it contained no additional information such as tracking number, delivery date, or carrier name. I waited four days then emailed an order inquiry. I received an email stating they were waiting for me to provide payment info for the shipping. So, I provided it but three days later, when I sent a second inquiry, I received another email asking if I wanted the upgraded leather seating. Once that issue was resolved, I waited for an order update and tracking number - I wanted to be home when the stools were delivered. On Aug 26th, I found four boxes in my driveway - no notification at all. Although nothing was damaged, I would have appreciated more communication if for no other reason then to meet the carrier as the company policy states the boxes must be inspected for damages prior to the carrier leaving site. Other than poor communication, I'll probably purchase from Barstools Collections in the future.
